高精料日粮添加维生素B12对肉羊采食行为、血液常规指标的影响

【摘要】 【目的】旨在研究高精料日粮中添加维生素B12(VB12)对肉羊采食行为及血液常规指标的影响。【方法】选取年龄、体重(34.23±3.89 kg)相近且健康的肉羊(哈萨克公羊)36只,随机分为4组,每组9只。对照组饲喂精粗比为6:4的基础日粮,Ⅰ、Ⅱ、Ⅲ组分别在干物质(DM)基础日粮中添加0.5、1和2 mg/kg的VB12。【结果】与对照组相比,Ⅰ、Ⅱ组的干物质采食量(DMI)有所增加,且Ⅰ组的饮水量亦见上升;各组的排尿次数、反刍行为、静卧及游走时间均表现正常。Ⅲ组的血小板压积显著高于对照组及Ⅱ组(P<0.05);对照组、Ⅰ、Ⅱ、Ⅲ组的中性粒细胞百分比呈三次曲线变化趋势(0.05<P<0.1)。【结论】日粮添加VB12(0.5~2.0 mg/kg DM)肉羊采食行为无异常表现,日粮中添加VB12(0.5 mg/kg DM)可提升肉羊的DMI及饮水量;日粮中添加VB12(0.5~2.0 mg/kg DM)能够增强肉羊的造血、止血、凝血功能,从而改善其机体健康状况。

【Abstract】 【Objective】 The purpose of this experiment was to study the effect of vitamin B12(VB12) supplementation in a high-concentrate diet on feeding behavior and blood routine indexes of mutton sheep. 【Methods】 Thirty-six healthy Kazakh rams of similar age and body weight(34.23±3.89 kg) were selected and divided into 4 groups of 9 rams each. Rams in the control group were fed a basic diet with a concentrate-to-forage ratio of 6:4, while those in groups I, II, and III were supplemented with VB12 at 0.5, 1, and 2 mg/kg of the basic diet on a dry matter(DM) basis, respectively. 【Results】 The results showed that dry matter intake(DMI) increased in groups I and II compared with the control group, and the amount of water consumed in group I also increased. Rams in all groups showed normal performance in terms of urination frequency, ruminating behavior, resting and wandering time. The plateletcrit of rams in group III was significantly higher than that in the control group and group II(P<0.05). The neutrophil percentage of rams in the control group as well as group I, II and III showed a trend of cubic curve(0.05<P<0.01). 【Conclusion】There was no abnormal behavior in mutton sheep with dietary supplementation of VB12(0.5~2.0 mg/kg DM), and supplementation with VB12(0.5 mg/kg DM) improved DMI and water intake of mutton sheep. Furthermore, VB12 supplementation(0.5~2.0 mg/kg DM) enhanced hematopoietic, hemostatic, and coagulation functions as well as improved the body health of mutton sheep.
