颗粒日粮中添加玫瑰花渣对湖羊血清生化指标的影响

【摘要】 【目的】旨在探究在日粮中添加不同比例的玫瑰花渣,对湖羊血清生化指标的影响。【方法】试验选取体重27.43±1.79kg湖羊公羔羊50只,完全随机分为5组(对照组、试验A组、试验B组、试验C组、试验D组),每组10只。对照组饲喂基础饲粮,试验组在基础饲粮中按照等比原则依次添加1%、2%、4%、8%的玫瑰花渣。试验期为67 d,预饲期7 d,正饲期60 d。【结果】结果表明:与对照组相比,A组日粮中添加1%的玫瑰花渣时,湖羊血清葡萄糖含量显著提高了8.7%(P<0.05);B组日粮中添加2%的玫瑰花渣时,湖羊血清葡萄糖含量和超氧化歧化酶活性分别显著提高了5.9%和6.5%(P<0.05);C组日粮中添加4%的玫瑰花渣时,湖羊血清葡萄糖含量和超氧化歧化酶活性分别显著提高了7.7%和10.1%(P<0.05),谷胱甘肽过氧化物酶活性显著降低了23.7%(P<0.05);D组日粮中添加8%的玫瑰花渣时,湖羊血清葡萄糖含量、总胆固醇含量和超氧化歧化酶活性分别显著提高了2.2%、13.5%和10.2%(P<0.05)。谷丙转氨酶、谷草转氨酶和谷胱甘肽过氧化物酶活性分别显著降低了34.3%、19.3%和32.5%(P<0.05)。【结论】本试验条件下,日粮中添加8%的玫瑰花渣可以显著提高血清葡萄糖含量和超氧化歧化酶活性,增强湖羊机体的能量代谢水平和抗氧化能力。日粮中添加8%的玫瑰花渣能够降低尿素氮,谷丙转氨酶,谷草转氨酶的含量,促进物质代谢。

【Abstract】 【Objective】The experiment was conducted to investigate the effects of rose residue content on serum biochemical indexes of Hu sheep by adding different proportions of rose residue in the diet.【Methods】Fifty male lambs with a body weight of 27.43±1.79 kg were randomly divided into 5 groups(control group as well as experimental group A to D)with 10 lambs in each group.Lambs in the control group were fed a basal diet,and those in the experimental groups were fed the basal diet supplemented with1%,2%,4% and 8% rose residue respectively according to the principle of equal ratio. The experiment lasted for 67 days,including a 7-day pre-feeding period and a 60-day formal feeding period.【Results】The results showed as follows: compared with the control group,(1)the serum glucose content was significantly increased by 8.7%(P<0.05)when 1% rose residue was added in the diet.(2)the serum glucose content and superoxide dismutase activity were significantly increased by 5.9% and 6.5%,respectively(P<0.05),when 2% rose residue was added.(3)The serum glucose content and superoxide dismutase activity were significantly increased by 7.7% and 10.1%,respectively(P<0.05),and the glutathione peroxidase activity was significantly decreased by 23.7%(P<0.05),when 4% rose residue was added to the diet.(4)The serum glucose content,total cholesterol content and superoxide dismutase activity were significantly increased by 2.2%,13.5% and 10.2%,respectively(P<0.05),and the activities of glutamic pyruvic transaminase,glutamic oxalacetic transaminase and glutathione peroxidase were significantly decreased by 34.3%,19.3% and 32.5%,respectively(P<0.05)【Conclusion】.when 8% rose residue was added to the diet. In conclusion,under the experimental conditions,the adding of 8% rose residue could significantly increase serum glucose content and superoxide dismutase activity,and enhance the energy metabolism level and antioxidant capacity of Hu sheep,meanwhile,decrease the contents of urea nitrogen,glutamic pyruvic transaminase and glutamine aminotransferase,and promote metabolism.
