鸽腺病毒的病原学特征及分子生物学检测技术研究进展

【摘要】 腺病毒是感染鸽的一种常见致病性病原体。通常单纯感染腺病毒的鸽群病死率较低,一旦与大肠杆菌等混合感染后,常造成鸽子的大量死亡,给养鸽业带来严重的经济损失。目前鸽腺病毒感染因在临床上既难以确诊又无疫苗预防,所以建立早期、快速、敏感、特异的检测方法对疾病的有效防控具有重要意义。本文综述了鸽腺病毒的病原学特征、分子生物学检测技术的最新研究进展,以期为疾病防控提供参考。

【Abstract】 Adenovirus is a common pathogenic pathogen that infects pigeons. Pigeons infected with adenovirus alone usually have a lower mortality rate. Once co infected with E. coli and other bacteria. It often leads to a large number of deaths in pigeons and causes serious economic losses to the pigeon industry. At present, it is difficult to diagnose pigeon adenovirus infection in clinical practice and there is no vaccine to prevent it. Therefore, establishing early, rapid, sensitive, and specific detection methods is of great significance for effective disease prevention and control. It reviews the latest research progress on the pathogenic characteristics and molecular biology detection techniques of pigeon adenovirus in the article, in order to provide reference for disease prevention and control.
