云品鸭产蛋率及累计产蛋数曲线的拟合分析
Curve Fitting Analysis on Laying Rate and Total Egg Number of Yunpin Duck
【摘要】 云品鸭是以云南省地方优良品种建水黄褐鸭为素材,经多年选育形成的新品系。为探究云品鸭产蛋性能及规律,本研究以500只22~49周龄云品鸭核心群母鸭为研究对象,以伍德模型、杨宁模型、分室模型和三次方程进行产蛋率曲线拟合,以Logistic、Gompertz、Von Bertalanffy对累计产蛋数曲线进行拟合,综合分析产蛋性能的表型值。通过统计及相关性分析发现,开产日龄、40周龄产蛋数、43周龄产蛋数及43周龄蛋重的变异系数均低于10%,产蛋高峰维持期及开产体重变异系数均超过10%,表明这2个性状还存在进一步选育提高的空间;开产日龄与开产体重、开产体重与产蛋数、产蛋数与蛋重呈负相关,开产日龄与产蛋高峰维持期呈正相关。最优产蛋率曲线的拟合模型为三次方程(R~2=0.968),分室模型效果也较好(R~2=0.964),累计产蛋数曲线的最优拟合模型为Von Bertalanffy模型(R2=0.999),表明这3种模型可以用于云品鸭产蛋率和累计产蛋率的拟合,评估、预测其产蛋规律,为提高云品鸭的产蛋性能提供一定的理论依据和数据支撑。
【Abstract】 The Yunpin Duck is a novel strain developed through multi-year selective breeding of the Jianshui Yellow-Brown Duck, a high-quality local breed from Yunnan Province.To investigate the egg-laying performance and patterns of Yunpin Ducks, this study analyzed 500female ducks from the core population aged 22-49 weeks. Four models—the Wood model, YangNing model, McMillan model and cubic equation—were applied to fit the egg-laying rate curve.Additionally, the Logistic, Gompertz and Von Bertalanffy models were used to fit the cumulative egg production curve. Phenotypic values of egg-laying traits were comprehensively evaluated.Statistical and correlation analyses revealed that the coefficients of variation(CV) for age at first egg(AFE), egg production at 40 weeks, egg production at 43 weeks, and egg weight at 43 weeks were all below 10%, indicating low variability. In contrast, the CV for peak egg-laying duration and body weight at first egg exceeded 10%, suggesting potential for further genetic improvement in these traits. Negative correlations were observed between AFE and body weight at first egg,body weight at first egg and total egg production, and total egg production and egg weight. A positive correlation was found between AFE and peak egg-laying duration. The cubic equation provided the best fit for the egg-laying rate curve(R2 = 0.968), followed by the McMillan model(R2 = 0.964). For cumulative egg production, the Von Bertalanffy model achieved the highest accuracy(R2 = 0.999). These results demonstrate that the cubic equation, McMillan model and Von Bertalanffy models are suitable for evaluating and predicting egg-laying patterns in Yunpin Ducks, offering theoretical and empirical support for optimizing their reproductive performance.
