La2O3对激光增材制造06Cr19Ni10的显微组织与力学性能的影响
Effect of La2O3 on Microstructure and Mechanical Properties of 06cr19ni10 Made by Laser Additive Manufacturing
【摘要】 本研究采用静电自组装(ESA)技术解决了激光增材制造中06Cr19Ni10(7.9g/cm3)与La2O3(6.5g/cm3)因密度差异导致的增强相偏析问题,成功实现La2O3纳米颗粒在06Cr19Ni10粉末表面的均匀包覆。通过激光增材制造(LAM)技术在Q235钢基板上制备La2O3梯度增强的06Cr19Ni10-La2O3合金,研究了La2O3含量(0-1.5wt.%)对显微组织演变及室温力学性能的影响机制。
【Abstract】 In this study,electrostatic self-assembly (ESA) technology was used to solve the problem of enhanced phase segregation caused by density difference between 06Cr19Ni10 (7.9g/cm3) and La2O3 (6.5g/cm3) in laser additive manufacturing,and successfully achieved uniform coating of La2O3 nanoparticles on the surface of 06Cr19Ni10 powder.A 06Cr19Ni10-La2O3 alloy reinforced by La2O3 was prepared on Q235 steel substrate by laser additive manufacturing (LAM) technology.The influence of La2O3 content (0-1.5 wt.%) on microstructure evolution and mechanical properties at room temperature was studied.
