【摘要】 医院基层党支部是新时代医院内传播医学人文精神的前沿阵地。本文从公立医院党支部建设入手，分析了当前医院基层党支部建设现状，探讨了医学人文的当代价值及其与党支部建设的融合逻辑，并以佛山市某中医院为实践案例，将医学人文理念融入党支部政治建设、思想建设、组织建设等六个方面，提出并验证了将人文理念融入理论学习、赋予党支部人文评价职能、打造人文门诊服务品牌等具体举措，为构建符合新时代特征的医院党支部建设模式提供参考。更多还原

【Abstract】 The grassroots party branch in hospitals serves as the frontier for disseminating medical humanistic spirit within hospitals in the new era. This article starts with the construction of party branches in public hospitals, analyzes the current status of party branch construction in hospitals, explores the core values of medical humanism and its integration logic with party branch construction, and uses Foshan Traditional Chinese Medicine Hospital as a practical case. It integrates medical humanistic concepts into six aspects of party branch construction, including political construction, ideological construction, and organizational construction. It proposes and verifies specific measures such as integrating humanistic concepts into theoretical learning, endowing party branches with humanistic evaluation functions, and creating a humanistic outpatient service brand.
