【摘要】 为追踪分析国内医师职业精神研究的热点和发展方向，检索中国知网数据库中自2001年以来的相关医师职业精神研究文献，对纳入453篇文献的作者、机构、关键词等进行文献计量学分析，借助CiteSpace 6.3.R1软件绘制相应的知识图谱，以观察国内医师职业精神研究的时间分布、空间分布、研究热点，并根据图谱所展示的研究主题和突显词，进一步探究医师职业精神研究趋势。从2001年至2024年2月22日国内医师职业精神研究文献数量呈波浪式变化，空间分布显示了该领域期刊分布、作者分布和研究机构分布相关特征；高频关键词显示出，职业精神、医学生、医患关系、医德、医师、医学院校是当前的研究热点；突显词分析显示出，“专业自治”“资本双重性”“红医精神”研究是未来医师职业精神研究的重要趋势。更多还原

【Abstract】 To track and analyze the hotspots and development directions of research on the professional ethics of domestic physicians, relevant literature on the professional ethics of physicians since 2001 was retrieved from the China National Knowledge Infrastructure Database. Bibliometric analysis was conducted on the authors, institutions, keywords and other factors included in 453 articles. Using Cite Space 6.3.R1 software, a corresponding knowledge graph was drawn to observe the temporal distribution, spatial distribution and hotspots of research on the professional ethics of domestic physicians. Based on the research themes and prominent words displayed in the graph, further trends in the research on the professional ethics of physicians were explored. From 2001 to February 22, 2024, the number of research literature on the professional ethics of domestic physicians showed a wave-like change, and the spatial distribution showed the relevant characteristics of journal distribution, author distribution and research institution distribution in this field. High frequency keywords indicated that professional ethics, medical students, doctorpatient relationships, medical ethics, physicians and medical colleges were current research hotspots. The analysis of prominent words showed that the research on "professional autonomy", "dual capital", and "red doctor spirit" would be an important trend in the future study of physician professional spirit.更多还原
