MAPbI3/TiO2复合异质结的可见光光催化还原二氧化碳
Visible-light Photocatalytic Reduction of Carbon Dioxide by MAPbI3/TiO2 Composite Heterojunction
【摘要】 卤化铅钙钛矿以其广谱吸收和高效的光生电荷生成特性,在光催化领域的应用前景得到广泛关注。本实验引入TiO2作为电子传输层,以增强MAPbI3的电荷分离和传输效率;采用冷却热饱和溶液法,成功地制备了粒径分布均匀、高效的MAPbI3/TiO2复合光催化材料。在可见光催化还原CO2过程中,该复合材料展现出优越的性能,效率较纯相MAPbI3提高21倍,达到223.20μmol·g-1·h-1,光催化的还原产物为H2和CH4。此外,利用超声外场和钙钛矿压电效应能够进一步提升MAPbI3/TiO2复合异质结光催化还原CO2活性,并有效缓解其衰减现象。本工作为卤化物钙钛矿在光催化领域的应用提供了新的技术路线和思路。
【Abstract】 Halide perovskite, with its broad-spectrum absorption and efficient photogenerated charge characteristics, has drawn widespread attention duo to its potential application in the field of photocatalysis. In this work, TiO2 was introduced as an electron transport layer to enhance the charge separation and transmission efficiency of halide perovskite. By using the cooling-saturated solution method, a uniformly distributed and highly efficient MAPbI3/TiO2 composite photocatalyst was successfully prepared. In the process of visible-light photocatalytic CO2 reduction, this composite demonstrated superior performance, with efficiency significantly increasing to 21 times that of MAPbI3, reaching 223.20 μmol·g-1·h-1, and the reduction products were H2 and CH4. Furthermore, the use of ultrasonic external field and perovskite piezoelectric effect could further enhance the photocatalytic CO2 reduction activity of the MAPbI3/TiO2 composite heterojunction and effectively alleviate its attenuation phenomenon. This work provides a new technical approach and perspective for the application of halide perovskite in the field of photocatalysis.
