聚磷酸铵/Lyocell阻燃纤维的制备及其性能

【摘要】 本实验将聚磷酸铵(APP)与Lyocell纺丝原液共混,通过干湿法纺丝制备了APP/Lyocell纤维,并对其阻燃性能及阻燃机理进行了分析。研究结果表明,随着聚磷酸铵(APP)的添加量增加,其阻燃性能也随之提升,最大分解速率及其对应的温度均有所降低。当APP添加量达到20%时,其热释放速率(HRR)降低95.5%,残炭量达到40.7%,且经过10次水洗后,HRR比纯纤维降低89.8%,具有良好的阻燃效果。APP主要通过气相与凝聚的协同作用延缓Lyocell纤维的热解。

【Abstract】 Ammonium polyphosphate(APP) was blended with Lyocell spinning solution to prepare APP/Lyocell fibers by dry wet spinning. The flame retardant properties and flame retardant mechanism of APP/Lyocell fibers were analyzed. The results showed that with the increasing amount of APP, the flame retardant performance was also improved, and the maximum decomposition rate and its corresponding temperature were reduced. When the content of APP was 20%, the heat release rate(HRR) decreased by 95.5%, and the amount of carbon residue reached 40.7%. After 10 times of washing by water, HRR decreased by 89.8% compared with pure fibers, which had a good flame retardant effect. APP retarded the pyrolysis of Lyocell fibers mainly through the synergistic effect of gas phase and condensed phase.
