贝壳粉-TiO2复合颗粒的制备与应用

【摘要】 本工作以废弃贝壳制备贝壳粉,再采用湿法研磨制备贝壳粉/二氧化钛(TiO2)复合颗粒,变废为宝,建立高遮盖粉料的绿色低廉的合成途径。在使用1631表面活性剂的条件下,对比添加1.5%的三种偶联剂SCA-K08E、钛酸酯偶联剂、铝酸酯偶联剂制备的复合颗粒的颜料性能。最终制得的复合颗粒吸油量为26 g/100 g,干粉白度为95.3,细度为2μm,并将其应用到凹版印刷油墨中和钛白粉进行涂料性能对比实验。同时,研究影响复合颗粒性能的工艺因素,采用扫描电镜(SEM)和红外(IR)等现代分析测试手段对产物包覆形态及机理进行表征、研究。

【Abstract】 In this work, shell powder was prepared from discarded shells, and then shell powder/titanium dioxide( TiO2) composite particles were prepared by wet grinding, turning waste into treasure and establishing a green and low-cost synthetic route for high-covering powder materials. Under the condition of using the 1631 surfactant, the pigment properties of the composite particles prepared by adding 1.5% of three coupling agents, SCA-K08E, titanate coupling agent and aluminate coupling agent, were compared. The final obtained composite particles have an oil absorption capacity of 26 g/100 g, a dry powder whiteness of 95.3, and a fineness of 2 μm. They were applied to gravure printing inks and titanium dioxide for comparative experiments on coating performance. Meanwhile, the process factors affecting the performance of the composite particles were studied. Modern analytical and testing methods such as scanning electron microscopy(SEM) and infrared spectroscopy(IR) were adopted to characterize and study the coating morphology and mechanism of the products.
