【摘要】 提出了一种多腔室钢块-天然橡胶免承压支座,该支座复位部分和承压部分工作性能相互独立,且通过聚四氟乙烯垫和不锈钢滑动面形成摩擦副,滑移、摩擦耗散地震能量。为研究该支座水平摩擦滑移性能的稳定性及竖向承压性能的可靠性,制作了足尺支座试件,对其开展了压剪试验,并采用ABAQUS有限元软件对承压部分的承载能力进行了进一步验证。结果表明:支座滞回曲线饱满,耗能能力强,摩擦滑移性能稳定,耐磨损性能良好;极限竖向压力下多腔室承压钢块无破裂、断裂等情况,其壁厚设计满足相关规范要求,竖向承载能力稳定可靠。

【Abstract】 A multi-chamber steel block unpressurized rubber bearing is proposed, in which the reset part and the pressure bearing part have independent working performance, and a friction pair is formed by a PTFE pad and a stainless steel sliding surface, which dissipates seismic energy through sliding and friction. To study the stability of the horizontal friction sliding performance and the reliability of the vertical pressure bearing performance of the bearing, full-scale bearing specimens were made and subjected to compression shear tests. The bearing capacity of the pressure bearing part was further verified using ABAQUS finite element software. The results show that the hysteresis curve of the support is full, the energy dissipation capacity is strong, the friction and sliding performance is stable, the wear resistance is excellent, the vertical stiffness is proportional to the compressive stress, the multi chamber pressure bearing steel block design meets the requirements of relevant specifications, and the vertical bearing capacity is stable and reliable.
