硅酸盐水泥和萘系对碱激发矿渣性能的影响

【摘要】 本工作用硅酸盐水泥和奈系减水剂对碱激发矿渣(AAS)胶凝材料的流动性和凝结时间进行调控,并对掺硅酸盐水泥的AAS混凝土的强度和抗氯离子性能进行了研究。用X射线衍射、热重分析和孔结构分析等方法研究了AAS混凝土性能变化的机理。硅酸盐水泥能加快AAS浆体凝结,奈系既能有效提高AAS浆体的流动性也能显著延长凝结时间。内掺3%、9%水泥可提高AAS混凝土的强度和密实性,对抗氯离子渗透性能无不利影响,没有降低AAS浆体中C-A-S-H凝胶和水滑石数量。内掺3%、9%硅酸盐水泥的AAS浆体中未检测到氢氧化钙。

【Abstract】 In the work, Portland cement and naphthalene based water reducing agents were used to regulate the flowability and setting time of AAS cementitious materials(AAS), and the strength and chloride penetration resistance of AAS concrete mixed with Portland cement were also studied. The change mechanism of performance of AAS concrete with cement was studied using the techniques such as X-ray diffraction, thermogravimetric analysis, and pore structure analysis. Portland cement can accelerate the setting of AAS slurry, while naphthalene can effectively increase the fluidity of AAS slurry and significantly prolong its setting time. Cement with a dosage of 3% or 9% can improve the strength, compactness, and does not decrease the resistance to chloride penetration of AAS concrete and the amount of C-(A)-S-H gel and hydrotalcite in AAS slurry. No calcium hydroxide was detected in the AAS slurry mixed with 3% or 9% Portland cement.
