【摘要】 思政课是落实立德树人任务的关键课程，思政课教师是立德树人的主要践行者。新疆大中小学思政课教师队伍一体化建设成果丰硕，但还需要持续深化大中小学思政课一体化建设，不断提升思政课改革和建设成果，持续打通大中小学思政课一体化建设的难点和堵点。要持续深化新疆大中小学思政课教师队伍建设，避免只讲宏观理论而忽视实践，只注重抽象而忽视专题叙事的问题，对普遍问题需要关注，但对特殊性问题也要深入探究，以使思政课建设成效更加突出。要着力化解新疆大中小学思政课建设过程中的难题，打造一支素质过硬、理论扎实、技能精湛的高水平思政课教师队伍，为民族复兴、强国建设培养更多有用人才。更多还原

【Abstract】 Ideological and political theory courses are the key courses for fulfilling the task of fostering virtue through education,and teachers of these courses are the main practitioners of this mission. The integrated development of the team of ideological and political theory teachers in colleges,middle schools and primary schools in Xinjiang has achieved fruitful results. However,it is still necessary to continue deepening the integrated construction of ideological and political theory courses across colleges,middle schools and primary schools,constantly enhance the achievements of the reform and construction of these courses,and keep breaking through the difficulties and bottlenecks in the integrated development of ideological and political theory courses at all levels of education in Xinjiang.We should continue to deepen the development of the team of ideological and political theory teachers in colleges,middle schools and primary schools in Xinjiang. We must avoid the problems of focusing only on macro theories while neglecting practice,and emphasizing abstract concepts while ignoring thematic narratives. While paying attention to common issues,we should also conduct in-depth exploration into specific problems,so as to make the ideological and political theory course construction more prominent.
