6种药剂对豇豆蓟马田间防效及其对豇豆质量安全性影响
Field Control Effects of 6 Pesticides on Cowpea Thrip and Impact on Quality and Safety of Cowpea
【摘要】 为评估不同药剂对豇豆蓟马的防效及其对豇豆安全性影响,选取海南种植户常用的6种药剂,开展田间药效试验及室内农残检测。试验结果表明,药后3 d,对豇豆蓟马的防效由高到低依次为溴虫氟苯双酰胺、乙基多杀菌素、啶虫脒、倍硫磷、联苯菊酯、甲氨基阿维菌素苯甲酸盐,其中,乙基多杀菌素与溴虫氟苯双酰胺的防效显著高于其他药剂;药后5 d,防效由高到低依次为乙基多杀菌素、啶虫脒、溴虫氟苯双酰胺、倍硫磷、甲氨基阿维菌素苯甲酸盐、联苯菊酯,其中,乙基多杀菌素防效为87.32%,显著高于其他药剂。药后3 d,倍硫磷、啶虫脒、乙基多杀菌素、甲氨基阿维菌素苯甲酸盐限留量超标;药后5 d,倍硫磷、啶虫脒限留量超标,甲氨基阿维菌素苯甲酸盐、乙基多杀菌素限留量未超标。综合防效与安全性,建议豇豆采摘期使用乙基多杀菌素防治豇豆蓟马。
【Abstract】 In order to evaluate the control effects of different pesticides on cowpea thrip and their safety on cowpea, 6pesticides commonly used by farmers in Hainan were selected to carry out field efficacy experiment and laboratory pesticide residue detection. The results showed that the control effects on cowpea thrip from high to low were broflanilide,spinetoram, acetamiprid, fenthion, bifenthrin and emamectin benzoate after 3 days of treatment. The control effects of broflanilide and spinetoram were significantly higher than those of other pesticides. The control effects from high to low were spinetoram, acetamiprid, broflanilide, fenthion, emamectin benzoate and bifenthrin after 5 days of treatment. Among them, spinetoram had the best control effect of 87.32%, which was significantly higher than other pesticides. The residue limits of fenthion, acetamiprid, spinetoram and emamectin benzoate on cowpea exceeded the standard after 3 days of treatment. The residue limits of fenthion and acetamiprid exceeded the standard after 5 days of treatment, while emamectin benzoate and spinetoram did not exceed the standard. According to the comprehensive control effects and the safety, it was recommended to use spinetoram to control cowpea thrip during the picking period of cowpea.
