【摘要】 长江流域是中国城市化推进较为迅速的地区之一，开展长江城市史研究，对于丰富城市史学术体系，推动长江经济带高质量发展具有理论价值和现实意义。长江城市史研究首先应处理好三大关系：一是长江城市史与中国城市史的关系；二是长江城市与区域文化的关系，既揭示整个流域长江城市发展的一般规律特点，也考虑不同流域段、不同文化区城市的发展特性；三是处理好长江城市史研究和其他专门史研究的关系，充分观照长江城市在中国城市史上的地位，在中国城市史总体框架下，把握长江城市演进发展中的整体性、流域性和差异性，进而通过长江城市史研究深化和拓展中国城市史研究。更多还原

【Abstract】 The Yangtze River Basin is an important area to realize China’s urbanization and Chinese modernization. To carry out the study of the urban history of the Yangtze River has important theoretical and practical significance for enriching the discipline system of urban history and promoting the construction of the Yangtze River Economic Belt. The study of the urban history of the Yangtze River should first deal with three relations: first, the relationship between the urban history of the Yangtze River and the urban history of China; Second, the relationship between Yangtze River cities and regional culture should not only reveal the general laws and characteristics of urban development of the whole Yangtze River, `but also consider the development characteristics of cities in different watershed segments and different cultural areas; Thirdly,the relationship between the study of urban history of the Yangtze River and other specialized history studies should be properly handled. The study of the urban history of the Yangtze River should fully pay attention to the status of the urban history of the Yangtze River in China’s urban history, grasp the integrity of the urban evolution and development of the Yangtze River and the difference of the urban development and evolution of different regions in the Yangtze River basin under the overall framework of Chinese urban history.更多还原
