北京比长基线场建设及标准化研究

【摘要】 本文从我国比长基线场建设现状、标准化工作现状和重点标准技术内容分析等3个方面对比长基线场的建设现状及其标准化现状展开研究。首先,基于我国比长基线场建设现状,对北京市比长基线场的建设、管理、使用和维护等提出了建议,为北京市比长基线场建设和管理提供了参考依据;其次,基于标准化工作现状,采取自上而下的层次结构,搭建了比长基线场建设、测绘地理信息装备和标准装置溯源标准体系,通过分析标准化工作现状,指出目前亟需开展比长基线场使用与维护、基线场测量成果管理等方面的标准化研究工作;最后,基于标准化工作现状分析结果,提出了相关的标准化工作建议,以期为下一步标准的制修订工作提供研究基础。

【Abstract】 This research is conducted from three aspects: the current status of construction of standard baseline fields in China, its standardization activities, and the analysis of key technical contents of related standards. Fistly, some suggestions for the construction, management, use, and maintenance of the standard baseline field in Beijing City are proposed based on the current status of construction of standard baseline fields in China, it can provide a useful reference for the construction and management of the mentioned standard baseline field. Secondly, a hierarchical structure from top to bottom is adopted to establish a standard system for the standard baseline field construction, surveying and mapping geographic information equipment, and standard devices traceability based on the current status of standardization works, and to find out the standard researches on the use and maintenance of standard baseline fields, as well as the management of baseline measurement results that urgently need to be performed through the analysis of the current status of standardization. Finally, based on the analysis of the current status of standardization, relevant standardization suggestions are proposed.The contents in this paper can provide a research foundation for standards development and revision in the near future.
