我国城市地下空间测绘标准化现状与北京市相应地方标准发展研究

【摘要】 本文系统梳理了我国城市地下空间测绘相关标准的现状,重点围绕国家标准、行业标准、地方标准与团体标准的数量、分布、发布时间、地域特征及标准化对象展开分析。并在此基础上,聚焦北京市地下空间测绘相关地方标准的发展现状,详细探讨其类型分布、起草单位构成及政策背景。研究表明,北京市发布的地下空间相关测绘类标准,在地下管线、管廊和轨道交通类测绘标准较为成熟,但地下空间综合类与建(构)筑物类测绘标准仍存在明显缺失。未来应加强地下空间资源调查评价、数据共享服务及智能化应用相关的测绘标准的研制,推动标准体系向精细化、场景化和数字化方向发展,以支撑超大城市地下空间的高质量开发利用。

【Abstract】 This paper systematically reviews the current situations of the relevant standards of urban underground space surveying and mapping in China. It focuses on the analysis of the number, distribution, release time, regional characteristics and standardization objects of national standards, industry standards, local standards and group standards, as well as the development status of local standards in Beijing underground space surveying and mapping. Moreover, it also discusses their type distribution,composition of drafting units and policy background in more details. The research shows that the surveying and mapping standards related to underground space issued by concerned agencies in Beijing City are relatively mature in terms of underground pipeline, pipe corridor and rail transit standards, but there is still a lack of standards for surveying and mapping underground space comprehensive and construction. Hence, it is necessary, in the future, to strengthen the development of surveying and mapping standards related to the investigation and evaluation of underground space resources, data sharing services and intelligent applications, and promote the development of standard system to the direction of refinement, scenario-oriented and digital, so as to support quality development and utilization of underground space in mega cities.
