基于弯曲光纤模式干涉仪的盐度传感器
Salinity sensor based on bent fiber mode interferometer
【摘要】 提出了一种基于弯曲光纤模式干涉原理的高灵敏度盐度测量方法,通过使用标准单模光纤(SMF)SMF—28和石英毛细管构建气球形结构,优化弯曲半径至5.1 mm,实现纤芯与包层模式的高效干涉。实验结果表明:在1 550 nm波长下,传感器对0%~25%盐度检测表现出良好性能,在高盐度溶液检测中具有明显的优势,为盐度测量提供了一种高性价比的光纤传感技术方案。
【Abstract】 A high-sensitivity salinity measurement method based on the principle of mode interference in bent optical fibers is proposed.A balloon-shaped structure is constructed using standard single-mode fiber(SMF)SMF—28 and a silica capillary tube, with the bending radius optimized to 5.1 mm to achieve efficient interference between core and cladding modes.Experimental results demonstrate that the sensor exhibits excellent performance for detecting salinities ranging from 0 % to 25 % at a wavelength of 1 550 nm.It shows a distinct advantage in high-salinity solution detection, offering a cost-effective optical fiber sensing solution for salinity measurements.
