基于空频分析的效率优化单像素成像研究
Research on Efficiency Optimization of Single-Pixel Imaging Based on Spatial Frequency Analysis
【摘要】 提出一种基于滤波器算法构造小波变换中的正交小波基作为测量基实现快速单像素成像方法。该方法利用小波基的稀疏性特点,使重构时少量采样率即可恢复图像。并且根据引入的滤波器算法转化为小波矩阵的方式,极大地丰富了小波基的可选择性,与其他测量基下的重构图像进行对比。结果表明:相较于其他测量基,本方法构造的小波基在相同采样率下重构效果更具优势,以db2小波为例,通过仿真验证证明了该方法的可行性,为实现快速单像素提供了新方案。
【Abstract】 This paper proposes a fast single-pixel imaging method based on a filter algorithm to construct orthogonal wavelet bases in wavelet transform as the measurement basis. The method takes advantage of the sparsity of wavelet bases,allowing image reconstruction with a low sampling rate. Additionally,by transforming the introduced filter algorithm into a wavelet matrix,the method greatly enriches the electability of wavelet bases,and a comparison with reconstructed images under other measurement bases is made. The results show that,compared to other measurement bases,the wavelet bases constructed by this method offer superior reconstruction performance at the same sampling rate. Taking the Db2 wavelet as an example,the feasibility of the method is verified through simulations,providing a new solution for achieving fast single-pixel imaging.
