纳米碳酸钙在生物医学应用的研究进展
Research Progress of nano-Calcium Carbonate in Biomedical Applications
【摘要】 随着纳米技术的飞速发展,纳米材料在生物医学应用方面显示出巨大潜力。纳米碳酸钙由于其独特的物理化学特性,如小尺寸、高比表面积、优良的生物相容性和可降解性等,使其在生物医学应用中展现出广阔的前景。此外,优化制备及表面改性技术,精准调控纳米碳酸钙的粒径、形貌及表面性质,能显著提升其在生物医学应用中的独特优势与性能。本文简要介绍了纳米碳酸钙的制备方法,概述了纳米碳酸钙在生物医学应用方面的研究进展,重点阐述了在肿瘤治疗、组织工程、医学影像、生物传感器方面应用的最新进展,并探讨其在实际应用转化中的前景与挑战。
【Abstract】 With the rapid development of nanotechnology,nanomaterials have shown great potential in biomedical applications. Nanoscale calcium carbonate,due to its unique physical and chemical properties such as small size,high specific surface area,excellent biocompatibility,and degradability,has shown broad prospects in biomedical applications. Furthermore,optimizing preparation and surface modification techniques to precisely control the particle size,morphology,and surface properties of nanoscale calcium carbonate can significantly enhance its unique advantages and performance in biomedical applications. This article briefly introduces the preparation methods of nanoscale calcium carbonate,outlines the research progress of nanoscale calcium carbonate in biomedical applications,focusing on the latest advances in cancer therapy,tissue engineering,medical imaging,and biosensing,and discusses its prospects and challenges in practical application translation.
