液压机械无级变速器结构参数优化设计

【摘要】 基于农业拖拉机各速度段使用频率,对某款5段式液压机械无级变速器进行传动参数优化设计。对粒子群算法进行改进,增加探索多样性,提高找到全局最优解的可能性。使用改进的粒子群算法,以各段变速范围和传动效率作为优化目标,对液压机械无级变速器的传动参数进行优化。对优化后的液压机械无级变速器的无级变速特性、液压功率分流比特性、效率特性进行分析。研究结果表明,参数优化后的液压机械无级变速器满足无级调速要求,液压机械段的传动效率达到92.3%以上。

【Abstract】 Optimization of transmission parameters for a five-speed hydraulic mechanical continuously variable transmission is conducted based on the usage frequency of various speed ranges in agricultural tractors. Three improvements are made to the particle swarm optimization algorithm, enhancing exploration diversity and increasing the likelihood of securing the global optimal solution. The improved particle swarm optimization algorithm is employed to optimize the transmission parameters of the hydraulic mechanical continuously variable transmission(HMCVT), with speed range and transmission efficiency of each gear segment as optimization objectives. The continuously variable transmission characteristics, hydraulic power distribution ratio, and efficiency of the optimized HMCVT are analyzed. Results show the optimized HMCVT meets the requirements for stepless speed regulation, with the transmission efficiency of the hydraulic mechanical segment reaching over 92.3%.
