大跨度钢网架施工过程中变形和应力监测

【摘要】 长春市某汽车总装车间屋面钢网架结构安装采用地面拼装成整体、液压同步顶升就位的施工方法。采用有限元软件对施工过程中各种工况进行模拟分析,选取施工期间变形和应力变化较大的点作为监测点。通过无线激光测距仪测量监测点顶升高度,并反馈位移同步情况给施工方;在顶升节完成的施工间歇期,采用三维激光扫描建模及数据整理,获取网架在同步顶升过程中的空间位置,校核其位移同步情况;采用振弦式应变计定时测量以监控杆件的应力,通过Lora无线传输至中继器,再通过4G网络发送至云平台,由云平台接收和处理应力数据的方式,监测网架在施工期间的应力。监测结果表明:施工过程中网架各监测点竖向位移同步情况较好。在顶升及就位期间,杆件应力变化幅度未超过50 MPa,验证了结构的安全性,后期的持续监控表明网架杆件受雪荷载的影响较小。

【Abstract】 The installation of the steel grid structure on the roof of a certain automobile assembly workshop in Changchun City adopts the construction method of ground assembly into a whole and hydraulic synchronous lifting in place.Using finite element software to simulate and analyze various working conditions during the construction process, select points with significant deformation and stress changes during the construction period as monitoring points.The lifting height of monitoring points is measured through wireless laser rangefinders and the displacementsynchronization is provided feedback to the construction party.During the construction interval after the completion of the jacking section, 3D laser scanning modeling and data organization are used to obtain the spatial position of the grid structure during the synchronous jacking process, and to verify its displacement synchronization.Using a vibrating string strain gauge to measure the stress of the members at regular intervals, it is wirelessly transmitted to the relay through Lora and then sent to the cloud platform through 4G network.The cloud platform receives and processes the stress data to monitor the stress of the truss during construction.The monitoring results show that the vertical displacement synchronization of each monitoring point of the grid structure is good during the construction process.During the lifting and positioning period, the stress variation amplitude of the members did not exceed 50 MPa, which verified the safety of the structure.Continuous monitoring in the later stage showed that the grid members were less affected by snow loads.
