分子荧光光谱法检测番茄酱中染色剂苏丹红Ⅰ
Detection of Sudan Red Ⅰ in Tomato Sauce by Molecular Fluorescence Spectrometry
【摘要】 苏丹红Ⅰ是偶氮苯人工合成染料,具有潜在致癌性,在食品中被列为禁止使用的色素添加剂,因此,建立快速、准确和费用低廉的苏丹红Ⅰ分析检测方法是国内外分析检测人员特别关注的问题。采用分子荧光光谱法检测苏丹红Ⅰ,研究了硫酸高铈(Ⅳ)物质的量浓度、体系酸度和反应时间对标准品苏丹红Ⅰ分子荧光光谱的影响,在最优试验条件下对苏丹红Ⅰ标准品绘制标准曲线,其线性范围是0.015×10-3~0.130×10-3 mol/L,相关系数为0.996,检出下限为0.108×10-3 mol/L。以正己烷-丙酮为萃取体系处理番茄酱样品,利用前述方法对染色剂苏丹红Ⅰ进行分析检测。结果显示:样品番茄酱中染色剂苏丹红Ⅰ质量浓度是26.390 mg/L,平均加标回收率为97.130%。
【Abstract】 Sudan Red Ⅰ is an artificially synthesized dye containing azobenzene, which has potential carcinogenicity and is listed as a banned color additive in food.Therefore, establishing a rapid, accurate, and low-cost analysis and detection method for Sudan Red Ⅰ is a special concern for domestic and foreign analysis and detection personnel.The molecular fluorescence spectrometry is used to detect Sudan Red Ⅰ.The effects of system acidity, cerous saulfat(Ⅳ),and reaction time on the molecular fluorescence spectrum of the standard Sudan Red Ⅰ are investigated.Under the optimal experimental conditions, a standard curve is drawn for the Sudan Red Ⅰ,with a linear range of 0.015×10-3~0.130×10-3 mol/L,a correlation coefficient of 0.996,and a detection limit of 0.108×10-3mol/L.Tomato sauce samples are processed using N-hexane acetone extraction system, and the dye Sudan Red Ⅰ is analyzed and detected.The results show that the mass concentration of the dye Sudan Red Ⅰ in the sample tomato sauce is 26.390 mg/L,and the average recovery rate is 97.130%.
