【Abstract】 The development of new quality productivity has put forward new requirements for the cultivation of top innovative talents in universities.As a unique spiritual force, the scientist spirit has important value in this process.This paper explains the value reconstruction of the scientist spirit in the cultivation of top innovative talents in universities and the challenges it faces, and puts forward innovation paths from six aspects: education concept, curriculum system, practice platform, teaching staff, and evaluation system, so as to adapt to the needs of the development of new quality productivity and constantly improve the training quality of top innovative talents in universities.更多还原
