【摘要】 特应性皮炎(atopic dermatitis,AD)是一种慢性、炎症性皮肤病，表现为湿疹样皮损并伴有皮肤干燥及瘙痒，易反复发作。艾儒棣教授从“脾为之卫”论治AD，认为其与皮肤的生理病理有紧密联系。生理状态下，“脾为之卫”是脾为机体防护功能的高度概括;在AD发病过程中，则体现为“脾为之卫”的病理表现，即营卫失常、运化失司、升降失宜。在治疗AD时，艾儒棣教授重视脾胃功能，强调恢复“脾为之卫”，从而提高临床疗效。更多还原

【Abstract】 Atopic dermatitis( AD) is a chronic,inflammatory skin disease characterized by eczema-like lesions accompanied by dry and itchy skin,which is prone to recurrent episodes. Professor Ai Rudi treats AD from the perspective of “Spleen is the guard”,and believes that it is closely related to the physiology and pathology of the skin. Physiologically,“Spleen is the guard” is a high generalization of the Spleen’ s protective function for the body. However,in the pathogenesis of AD,it is the pathological manifestation of“Spleen is the guard”,i. e. the disorder of the nutrient Qi and defense Qi,the dysfunction of transportation and transformation,and the imbalance of the ascending and descending of Qi mechanism. In the treatment of AD,Professor Ai Rudi emphasizes the functions of Spleen and Stomach and restores “Spleen as the guard”,thus improving the clinical efficacy.更多还原
