中药燥性与燥性中药理论溯源与研究进展探析

【摘要】 目的:本文旨在溯源中药燥性及燥性中药的历史渊源及总结现代研究进展,挖掘其特性及方剂信息,分析其配伍特点,以期厘清古今对燥性中药的认识,促进中药药性理论的发展。方法:基于《中国药典》(2020版)和药智网数据,利用R语言(v4.3.1)和Excel 2016等软件,对燥湿类中药方剂进行统计分析和可视化,并总结中药燥性的生物效应实质及其影响因素。结果:本文筛选出134种燥性中药,其药效以清热、祛风湿、利水渗湿为主;五味以苦、辛、甘为主;归经以胃、肝、肺经为主。检索到120首相关方剂,涉及225种中药,使用频次最高的5味药为苍术、甘草、茯苓、陈皮和半夏,常以苍术、厚朴和陈皮配伍使用;燥性中药通过影响水液代谢、能量代谢及机体脏腑发挥燥性作用,且受到炮制、配伍等多因素的影响。结论:本文从多角度探析中药燥性与燥性中药的理论溯源与研究进展,以提高燥性的现代认识,为中药药性理论的发展奠定基础。

【Abstract】 Objective: This study aims to trace the historical origins of the dryness property(Zaoxing) of traditional Chinese medicines(TCMs) and the TCMs with dryness property, explore their characteristics and formula information, and analyze their compatibility features, in order to clarify the ancient and modern understanding of TCMs with dryness property and promote the development of the theory of TCM properties. Methods: Based on the data from the Chinese Pharmacopoeia(2020 edition) and the online pharmaceutical database, the study utilized R language(v4.3.1) and Excel 2016 software to conduct statistical analysis and visualization of TCM formulas with drying and dampness-resolving effects, as well as to summarize the essence of the biological effects of the dryness property of TCMs and its influencing factors. Results: The study screened out 134 TCMs with dryness property, whose main therapeutic effects are clearing heat, dispelling wind-dampness, and promoting diuresis and dampness-resolving. The dominant tastes are bitter, pungent, and sweet, and the primary meridian tropisms are the stomach, liver, and lung meridians. 120 relevant formulas involving 225 TCMs were retrieved, with the top 5 most frequently used herbs being Atractylodes lancea, Poria cocos, Glycyrrhiza uralensis, Citrus reticulata, and Pinellia ternata, often used in combination with Atractylodes lancea, Magnolia officinalis, and Citrus reticulata. TCMs with dryness property exert their effects by influencing water and energy metabolism, as well as the functions of the viscera, and are affected by various factors such as processing and compatibility. Conclusion: This paper undertakes a multi-dimensional exploration of the theoretical origins and research progress on the dryness property of TCM and dry-natured TCM herbs, with the aim of enhancing the modern understanding of dryness properties and laying a foundation for the development of the TCM property theory.
