【摘要】 随着针灸学在国内外的不断发展和临床中持续广泛应用，专业型研究生的实践能力培养显得更加重要。本文以辽宁中医药大学针灸专业硕士培养为例，剖析学生培养中存在的理论与实践脱节、评价体系单一、实践教学资源普遍不足、实践能力培养体系不完善、学生自主性不足等问题。同时，基于“三全育人”理念，从建立多元立体的评价体系、加强教师队伍建设、加大学校-实践教学基地-企业等多方合作、激发学生自主性等方面入手，全员参与全方位、全过程育人，推动针灸学专业硕士研究生实践能力培养模式的创新与发展。更多还原

【Abstract】 With the continuous development of acupuncture and moxibustion at home and abroad, as well as its continuous and extensive application in clinical practice, the cultivation of professional graduate students’ practical ability seems more important. Taking the master training of acupuncture and moxibustion in Liaoning University of TCM as an example, this paper analyzes the problems existing in the training of students, such as the disconnection between theory and practice, the single evaluation system, the general shortage of practical teaching resources, the imperfect training system of practical ability, and the lack of autonomy of students. At the same time, based on the concept of "all-around education", from the establishment of a multi-dimensional evaluation system, strengthening the construction of the teaching team, increasing the cooperation among schools, practical teaching bases and enterprises, stimulating students’ autonomy and other aspects, all staff participate in the all-round and whole process education, and promote the innovation and development of the cultivation model of the practical ability of acupuncture and moxibustion master’s students.更多还原
