【摘要】 教育部新一轮审核评估将“质量文化”纳入评估指标，为高校教学质量保障体系构建提供了新导向，构建质量文化驱动型的教学质量保障体系成为中医药教育高质量发展的重要课题。基于中医药教育质量观的理论框架，以成都中医药大学为实证对象，提出“价值引领-主体协同-行为规约”的三维建设策略，将“仁和精诚，追求卓越”的中医药质量文化精髓融入质量保障全过程，通过理念重塑、标准优化、制度创新、三级评估和动态反馈等实施路径，构建了具有中医药特色的质量保障体系运行范式。更多还原

【Abstract】 The latest round of audit and evaluation by the Ministry of Education has incorporated “quality culture” into its assessment criteria, providing a new direction for the construction of higher education teaching quality assurance systems. Building a quality culture-driven teaching quality assurance system has become a crucial task for enhancing the high-quality development of traditional Chinese medicine education. Based on the theoretical framework of TCM education quality, this study takes Chengdu University of Traditional Chinese Medicine as an empirical case and proposes a three-dimensional construction strategy of “value guidance – stakeholder collaboration – behavioral norms,” integrating the essence of TCM quality culture “humanity, harmony, excellence, and sincerity” into the entire quality assurance process.Through approaches such as concept reshaping, standard optimization, institutional innovation, three-tier evaluation, and dynamic feedback, a distinctive TCM quality assurance operational model has been established.更多还原
