【Abstract】 Under the background of the new era, the party building of college students is a major political task. With the "Threecomprehensive education" model concept carried out and the improvement of the reform of the medical education management system,the national medical development and health and the comprehensive reform of college education have put forward higher requirements for the party building of clinical medical graduate students. The structure of the party membership of clinical medical graduate students is complex, and the students’ personality is distinct. The thought and value orientation are diversified, and the complicated situation has brought greater challenges to the party building work of clinical medical graduate students in universities.
