【Abstract】 The transformation of digital government governance refers to the government’s transformation of the governance concept, optimization of the governance pattern and improvement of the governance efficiency by means of digital technology, so as to realize the transformation and upgrading of the government functions. Artificial intelligence(AI) is widely used in digital government governance because of its great potential. However, the transformation of digital government governance promoted by AI faces practical dilemmas, such as data privacy and security issues, lack of standardization and interoperability, talent shortage and technical problems.
