电驱行星齿轮传动阶次噪声仿真优化研究
Simulation and Optimization Study on Order Noise of Electric Driven Planetary Gear Transmission
【摘要】 针对台架NVH试验评价中NW行星齿传动阶次噪声问题,以NW行星齿轮电驱减速器为研究对象,基于MASTA建立了减速器总成刚柔耦合动力学性能分析虚拟样机模型进行专项分析和优化,同时对行星齿轮啮合振动激励机理、传动路径和振动响应等进行详细分析,分析系统响应结果,预测振动噪声风险,通过对宏观参数及微观修形参数优化,对传递误差、啮合刚度专项优化和控制,进而降低阶次噪声,最后通过NVH性能台架试验结果验证优化效果。试验结果表明,以上手段可以降低减速器的阶次噪声风险,为NW行星齿轮减速器减振降噪提供了思路。
【Abstract】 Aiming at the order noise issue of the NW planetary gear transmission in the bench NVH test evaluation, the NW planetary gear electric drive reducer was taken as the research object. Based on MASTA, a virtual prototype model for the rigid flexible coupling dynamic performance analysis of the reducer assembly was established for special analysis and optimization. At the same time, the excitation mechanism, transmission path, and vibration response of the planetary gear meshing vibration were analyzed in detail, and the system response results were analyzed to predict the vibration noise risk. Through the optimization of macro parameters and micro modification parameters, the transmission error and meshing stiffness were specially optimized and controlled to reduce order noise. Finally, the optimization effect was verified through the NVH performance bench test results. The experimental results indicate that the above methods can reduce the risk of order noise in the reducer, providing ideas for vibration reduction and noise reduction in NW planetary gear reducers.
