竹浆纤维抑菌性研究

【摘要】 为探究竹浆纤维的抑菌及抑菌稳定性,测试分析了竹浆纤维的形态结构和化学组分,以大肠杆菌为菌种,测试了竹浆纤维的抑菌率。为探讨竹浆纤维的抑菌成分,用75%乙醇溶液对竹浆纤维进行索式提取,测试提取物的紫外光谱,并进行显色反应。结果表明,竹浆纤维的抑菌率为93%以上,75%乙醇溶液索式提取后纤维的抑菌率降低到75.4%,紫外光谱、红外光谱和显色反应结果初步推断纤维抑菌成分含有酚类化合物。为探讨竹浆纤维的抑菌稳定性,分析了染整加工常用化学试剂和染料对竹浆纤维抑菌率的影响规律,结果表明,纤维的抑菌性受氢氧化钠影响较大,过氧化氢对纤维的抑菌性影响不明显,常规的染整加工条件对竹浆纤维的抑菌性不会造成严重影响。

【Abstract】 In order to examine the bacteriostatic and bacteriostatic stability, bamboo pulp fibers were subjected to tests and analyses of their morphological structure and chemical composition, and a bacteriostatic rate test was done by using Escherichia coli as the bacterial strain. In order to investigate the bacteriostatic components of the fiber, bamboo pulp fibers were conducted Soxhlet extraction by using a 75% ethanol solution, ultraviolet spectra of the extracts were tested together with chromogenic reactions. The results showed that the bacteriostatic rate of the bamboo pulp fiber was more than 93%, and the bacteriostatic rate of the fiber was reduced to 75.4% after the Soxhlet extraction with 75% ethanol solution. The results of UV spectra, infrared spectra and chromogenic reaction preliminarily deduced that the bacteriostatic components of the fiber contained phenolic compounds. To explore the bacteriostatic stability of bamboo pulp fibers, the influence rule of commonly used chemical reagents and dyes in dyeing and finishing process on the bacteriostatic rate of bamboo pulp fibers were analyzed. The results demonstrated that the bacteriostatic properties of the fibers were strongly affected by sodium hydroxide, hydrogen peroxide had no significant effect on the bacteriostatic properties of the fibers, and conventional dyeing and finishing processing conditions did not seriously affect the bacteriostatic properties of bamboo pulp fibers.
