船体曲板成形数字化测量方法研究综述

【摘要】 [目的]船体曲板测量是船体曲板成形工艺的关键环节,为提升测量精度与效率,国内外学者已对船体曲板成形数字化测量方法展开大量研究,但目前尚缺乏相关综述研究对这些方法进行对比分析和归纳总结。[方法]系统梳理3坐标测量机、摄影测量、单目结构光、双目立体视觉、多视图立体视觉以及激光辅助测量等数字化测量方法的研究进展,对比分析不同测量方法的优缺点,探讨现有商用测量设备应用于船体曲板测量的可行性,并归纳总结当前数字化测量方法的特点及未来研究方向。[结果]研究表明,当前尚无一套在精度、效率、视场、鲁棒性等方面均能满足船体曲板成形工艺要求的数字化测量系统;未来船体曲板成形数字化测量技术将朝着非接触式、面式、自动化、实用化的方向发展。[结论]研究结果可为船体曲板成形数字化测量技术的优化改进提供参考依据。

【Abstract】 [Purpose] The measurement of hull curved plates is a key link in the hull curved plate forming process. To enhance the measurement accuracy and efficiency, scholars at home and abroad have conducted extensive research on digital measurement methods for hull curved plate forming. However, there is currently a lack of relevant review studies to compare, analyze, and summarize these methods. [Method] The research progress of digital measurement methods such as coordinate measuring machines, photogrammetry, monocular structured light, binocular stereo vision, multi-view stereo vision, and laser-assisted measurement is systematically reviewed. The advantages and disadvantages of different measurement methods are compared and analyzed, and the feasibility of applying existing commercial measurement equipment to the measurement of hull curved plates is explored. And summarize the characteristics of the current digital measurement methods and their future research directions. [Result] Research shows that there is currently no digital measurement system that can meet the requirements of the hull curved plate forming process in terms of accuracy, field of view, and robustness. In addition, in the future, digital measurement technology for hull curved plate forming will develop in the direction of non-contact, surface, automation and practicality. [Conclusion] The research results can provide a reference basis for the optimization and improvement of the digital measurement technology for the forming of hull curved plates.
