基于Kano-FBS模型的双轨式探伤车设计研究

【摘要】 目的 探索探伤作业中探伤人员对双轨探伤车的需求,改善探伤作业中作业体验,提高双轨式探伤车的满意度。方法 首先,运用观察法、用户访谈法和情景分析法进行探伤作业行为研究,结合KJ法整理归纳,得出基础用户需求;其次,基于Kano模型对用户需求进行类别分类和重要度排序;随后,引入FBS模型展开“功能-行为-结构”映射转化,得到双轨式探伤车优化的关键设计要素;最后,结合相应设计方法输出符合实际需求的双轨式探伤车创新型设计方案。结论 基于Kano-FBS模型的综合应用,能够把握到双轨式探伤车的核心用户需求并将顺利其转化为关键设计要素,有利于科学性、系统性完成双轨式探伤车的设计实践。

【Abstract】 The work aims to explore the needs of probing personnel for double-tracked flaw detection vehicles in flaw detection operations, improve the operational experience in flaw detection operations, and increase the satisfaction of double-tracked flaw detection vehicles. Firstly, the observation method, user interview method and scenario analysis method were used to study the behavior of flaw detection operation, and the KJ method was used to summarize and derive the basic user needs; Secondly, based on the Kano model, the user needs were classified into categories and ranked in order of importance; Thirdly, the FBS model was introduced to carry out the mapping transformation of "Function-Behavior-Structure" to get the key design elements for the optimization of double-tracked flaw detection vehicles; Finally, the innovative design scheme of double-tracked flaw detection vehicles that met the actual needs was outputted by combining with the corresponding design method. In conclusion, based on the comprehensive application of the Kano-FBS model, the core user needs of double-tracked flaw detection vehicles can be grasped and smoothly transformed into key design elements, which is conducive to the scientific and systematic completion of the design practice of double-tracked flaw detection vehicles.
