【Abstract】 Research on the material basis of syndromes is crucial for elucidating the scientific connotation of traditional Chinese medicine(TCM) and is an essential step in enhancing its clinical efficacy. This article systematically analyzes and summarizes the research conducted by professor HE Jiancheng’s team on the material basis of yin deficiency and internal wind syndrome in Parkinson disease(PD). Focusing on the characteristics of this syndrome in PD, it elaborates on the establishment of a disease-syndrome integrated animal model, the development of the corresponding Chinese herbal compound-Compound Dihuang Granules and explores the biological connotations of the syndrome from multiple perspectives. The paper aims to provide insights and references for future research on the material basis of TCM syndromes.更多还原
