【摘要】 中医心身医学源远流长，不同的时代均有其特点。文章通过对其发展轨迹进行梳理，以求更好地继承与创新。通过回顾中医心身医学的发展过程，笔者认为《易经》与《道德经》是中医心身医学思想的萌芽，《黄帝内经》则为中医心身医学的诞生奠定了理论基础。汉唐时期，形成了心身疾病的系统性辨证体系，标志着中医心身医学的雏形形成。宋金元时期七情致病理论的诞生标志着中医心身医学的正式成立。明清时期其内涵进一步丰富，近现代对心身医学研究更加繁荣，中医心身医学进入一个新的“大时代”。中医心身医学的未来发展应以中西医结合为基础，融合中国传统国学文化，并引入现代科学技术，守正创新，构建具有中国特色的心身医学模式。更多还原

【Abstract】 Traditional Chinese medicine(TCM) psychosomatic medicine has a long history, with each era having its own unique characteristics. This article organizes and clarifies its developmental trajectory in order to better inherit and innovate. By reviewing the development process of TCM psychosomatic medicine, it is believed that the I Ching and the Tao Te Ching are the germinations of TCM psychosomatic medical thought, while Huangdi Neijing laid the theoretical foundation for the birth of it. During the Han and Tang dynasties, a systematic differentiation system for psychosomatic diseases was formed, marking the preliminary form of TCM psychosomatic medicine. In the Song, Jin, and Yuan periods, the birth of the theory of the seven emotions causing diseases marked the official establishment of TCM psychosomatic medicine. During the Ming and Qing dynasties, its connotations were further enriched. In the modern era, the research on psychosomatic medicine by various medical scholars has flourished, bringing TCM psychosomatic medicine into a new ‘great era’. The prospect for the future development of TCM psychosomatic medicine should be based on the integration of TCM and Western medicine, incorporate traditional Chinese cultural studies, and introduce modern technologies. It should adhere to the essence while innovating, to construct a model of psychosomatic medicine with Chinese characteristics.更多还原
