【摘要】 阴虚是临床常见病机，首载于《黄帝内经》（以下简称《内经》），后世对其内涵解释及外延发挥繁多，尚未达成共识。文章以《内经》原文为基础，纳入“阴虚”相关条文共22条，对阴虚内涵进行考释，得出结论：一是阴虚本义为阴气亏虚；二是阴虚之源在内伤而本于脾胃；三是阴虚与精亏、血虚、津液不足类异而机同。对于内涵外延含混之诸多中医概念，有必要回归经典，正本清源，重视原创，衷中参西，以临床需求为导向，挖掘、完善中医理论。本考释希冀在明晰《内经》阴虚本义之前提下，力求制定更加符合阴虚内涵之临床诊断标准，采取更为契合阴虚病机之治疗方法，切实做到守正传承《内经》理论精华，助力提升中医临床疗效。更多还原

【Abstract】 Yin deficiency is a common clinical pathogenesis, first recorded in Huangdi Neijing(hereinafter referred to as the Neijing). Subsequent generations have interpreted its connotation and expanded its denotation in various ways, yet no consensus has been reached. Based on the original text of the Neijing, this article incorporates a total of 22 articles related to ‘yin deficiency’ and conducts a textual research on the connotation of yin deficiency, drawing the following conclusions: First, the original meaning of yin deficiency is the deficiency of yin qi; second, the source of yin deficiency lies in internal injuries, primarily in the spleen and stomach; third, yin deficiency is similar to but shares the same mechanism with the deficiency of essence, blood, and body fluid. For many ambiguous concepts in traditional Chinese medicine(TCM) with both connotation and denotation, it is necessary to return to the classics, trace back to the source, value originality, integrate Chinese and Western medicine, and be guided by clinical needs to explore and improve TCM theory. This textual research aims to clarify the original meaning of yin deficiency in the Neijing, formulate clinical diagnostic criteria that are more in line with the connotation of yin deficiency, adopt treatment methods that are more suitable for the pathogenesis of yin deficiency, and truly adhere to and inherit the theoretical essence of the Neijing, thereby helping to improve the clinical efficacy of TCM.更多还原
