【摘要】 量表是中医疗效客观化评价的重要工具，但是目前我国中医疗效评价量表普遍存在“重研制-轻实施”的现象，量表临床转化利用率低，难以真正发挥其作用。实施科学理论框架已被国际多项研究证明可用于指导量表的临床转化与实施，但是在中医量表中的应用尚为空白。文章旨在探讨实施科学在量表中应用的必要性与可行性，对国际上实施科学理论框架在量表临床转化中应用情况进行分析，对常用理论框架进行概述，从实施科学角度探讨中医疗效评价量表临床转化的方法与建议，以促进量表在临床中的实施应用，加速中医疗效客观化发展进程。更多还原

【Abstract】 The scale is an important tool for objective evaluation of traditional Chinese medicine(TCM) curative effect, but at present, the scale of TCM curative effect evaluation generally exists a phenomenon of ‘heavy development-light implementation’, and the clinical conversion rate of the scale is low, so it is difficult to really play its role. Implementation scientific theoretical framework has been proved by many international studies to be used to guide the clinical transformation and implementation of the scale, but the application in the scale of TCM is still blank. This paper aims to analyze the application of the international scientific theoretical framework in the clinical transformation of the scale, summarize the commonly used theoretical framework, and discuss the methods and suggestions for the application of the TCM efficacy evaluation scale in the clinical transformation from the perspective of implementation science, so as to promote the clinical implementation and application of the scale and accelerate the development process of the objective development of TCM efficacy.更多还原
