【摘要】 文章立足经典,基于气机流变的自然态势探讨“中气”及“中见关系”的理论内涵及临床应用。提出中气并不能简单地解读为标、本之间的气,亦不是与标相表里的气,而是相对本气而言隐藏于内的气化力量,是六气正常流转蕴含的本然之力和趋势,与本气相契相合,相伴而生,并调和六气使其呈现出中和之态,中见关系表达的则是气机正常流布所彰显的自然之理。应用于实践可以阐释气候变化规律、分析疾病演变趋势,亦是构建经络表里关系的理论依据。更多还原

【Abstract】 Based on the classics, this paper discusses the theoretical connotation and clinical application of the ‘medial qi’ and ‘medial relationship’ based on natural situation of qi movement flowing. It is pointed out that medial qi should not be interpreted merely as interstitial qi between manifestation and root, nor is it the qi in the surface of the manifestation, but the qi transformation force hidden in the normal circulation of the six qi, which is the natural force and trend contained in the normal circulation of the six qi, coincides with the original qi, and harmonizes the six qi showing a state of neutralization, which is the embodiment of the thought of neutral equilibrium in the theoretical system of qi in the manifestation-root. On the other hand,the relationship is shown by the natural principle of the normal flow of qi. Applying it in practice can explain the law of climate change and analyze the evolution trend of diseases, and it is also the theoretical basis for constructing the relationship between the exterior and interior of meridians.更多还原
