【摘要】 林洪生教授从事恶性肿瘤的中西医结合防治与康复工作40余年，总结出“固本清源”的理论思想。卵巢恶性肿瘤是妇科三大恶性肿瘤之一，针对卵巢癌术后或放化疗后肿瘤复发这一难题，中医药治疗显得尤为重要，可贯穿卵巢癌的各个治疗阶段。文章通过分析林洪生教授在固本清源理论指导下，以“补肝肾兼调冲任、利血水并消瘀毒以清源”为大法治疗卵巢恶性肿瘤经验的理论与疗效，指导临床辨病、辨证及用药，以期在“固本清源”思想的指导下，更好地造福患者。更多还原

【Abstract】 Professor LIN Hongsheng has been engaged in the prevention,treatment and rehabilitation of malignant tumor with integrated traditional Chinese and Western medicine for more than 40 years,and summarized the theory of‘consolidating origin and clearing source’.Ovarian malignant tumor is one of the three major gynecologic malignant tumors.In order to solve the problem of tumor recurrence after ovarian cancer operation or after radiotherapy and chemotherapy,traditional Chinese medicine treatment is especially important,which can run through every stage of ovarian cancer treatment.This article analyzes the theory and curative effect of professor LIN Hongsheng’s experience in treating ovarian malignant tumor by‘tonifying the liver and kidney,regulating chong and Ren,promoting blood circulation and removing blood stasis and toxin to clear the source’under the guidance of the theory of consolidating the origin and clearing the source,to guide clinical disease differentiation,syndrome differentiation and medication,in order to better benefit the patients under the guidance of the thought of‘consolidating origin and clearing source’.更多还原
