【摘要】 冬捕是查干湖地区传统的特色冰雪体育项目，也是吉林省重要的文化名片。在新内生发展理论指导下，通过大量访谈的田野调查，描绘查干湖冬捕赋能乡村振兴的现实图景，得出内生力量是其赋能的动力源泉，外生力量是其赋能的有力推手。但当前，主体缺位与利益失衡，“小散弱”格局制约；设计缺失与规划不足，统筹协调受限；政策悬空与利益脱钩，内生外源耦合失调等，则是查干湖冬捕面临的发展困境。对此，提出深化冬捕文化挖掘，创新表现形式；强化内生力量作用，提升村民参与积极性；吸引外来资金力量，促进“文体旅商”产业协同发展等优化路径。通过以查干湖冬捕的高质量发展作为重要参考，依托冰雪体育文化赋能产业融合创新，从而更好地助力乡村振兴。更多还原

【Abstract】 Winter fishing is a traditional characteristic ice-snow sports event in the Chagan Lake area and an important cultural calling card of Jilin Province. Guided by the new endogenous development theory, this study depicts the realistic landscape of how Chagan Lake winter fishing empowers rural revitalization through field surveys involving extensive interviews. It concludes that endogenous forces are the source of motivation for this empowerment, while exogenous forces serve as a powerful driver. However, the current development of Chagan Lake winter fishing faces several dilemmas: the absence of main participants and imbalance of interests, restricted by the “small, scattered and weak” pattern; lack of design and inadequate planning, which limits overall coordination; and the disconnection between policies and interests, leading to the imbalance in the coupling of endogenous and exogenous forces. In response, this study proposes optimization paths such as deepening the excavation of winter fishing culture and innovating its expression forms; strengthening the role of endogenous forces to enhance villagers’ enthusiasm for participation; and attracting external capital to promote the coordinated development of the “culture, sports, tourism and commerce” industries. By taking the high-quality development of Chagan Lake winter fishing as an important reference, and relying on ice-snow sports culture to empower industrial integration and innovation, this study aims to better facilitate rural revitalization.更多还原
