基于ABAQUS的检查井有限元分析及防治研究

【摘要】 针对城市道路检查井及其周边路面在交通荷载作用下存在不同范围内破坏的问题,基于路面病害调查,考虑井盖与路面的受力变形,建立检查井及其周边路面三维有限元结构模型,分析交通荷载在不同作用位置下对检查井及其周边路面的力学影响规律。研究结果表明:荷载作用于井盖边缘时,相较于作用于井盖中央,整体结构力学响应更明显,最大拉应力、最大压应力及最大剪应力的差异分别达到17.96%、57.03%、32.77%,且路面结构层与井盖、砂浆层、井圈间的变形量差值大于作用于井盖中央时的相应值;本研究从设计优化、施工工艺改进及养护管理三个方面提出防治措施,为检查井结构设计、井周病害防治及施工提供了参考。

【Abstract】 Aiming at the problem that there are differences in the damage of urban road inspection wells and pavements around wells in different ranges under traffic loads, based on the investigation of pavement diseases, considering the stress and deformation of well covers and pavements, a three-dimensional finite element structural model of inspection wells and pavements around wells is established. The mechanical influence of traffic loads on inspection wells and pavements around wells at different positions is analyzed. The results show that when the load is applied to the edge of the manhole cover, the mechanical response of the overall structure is more obvious than that in the center of the manhole cover. The differences of the maximum tensile stress, the maximum compressive stress, and the maximum shear stress are 17.96 %, 57.03 %, and 32.77 %, respectively. The deformation difference between the pavement structure layer and the manhole cover, mortar layer, and well ring is greater than the corresponding value when the load is applied to the center of the manhole cover. The prevention and control measures are put forward from three aspects: design optimization, construction technology improvement, and maintenance management, which provide reference value for the structural design of the inspection well, the prevention and control of diseases around the well, and the construction.
