纯电动汽车驱动电机啸叫噪声分析
Analysis and Optimization of Whining Noise in Electric Vehicle Drive Motors
【摘要】 纯电动汽车在整车NVH(noise vibration harshness)研发过程中,电机端产生的电磁噪声较为明显,对整车NVH及人们身心体验产生较大影响。针对某纯电动汽车在行驶过程中存在电机啸叫噪声的问题,通过对电动汽车加速和稳速工况测试及理论分析确定为电机48阶噪声较为突出。文章利用Maxwell软件仿真得出电机稳速工况下的径向电磁力施加在电机定子上,并对电机壳体做谐响应分析,最后建立声场模型仿真,得出永磁同步电机产生的辐射噪声通过试验数据的对比,验证了仿真结果的准确性。文章为提前获得电机NVH性能提供了便捷,为后续电机NVH开发提供了思路。
【Abstract】 In the NVH(Noise, Vibration, and Harshness) development of pure electric vehicles, the electromagnetic noise generated at the motor end is notably prominent, significantly affecting the vehicle’s NVH performance and the psychological experience of occupants. Addressing the issue of motor whining noise during the operation of a specific pure electric vehicle, tests conducted under acceleration and constant-speed conditions, along with theoretical analysis, identified that the 48th-order noise became particularly prominent. This paper utilizes Maxwell software to simulate the radial electromagnetic forces acting on the motor stator under steady-state conditions and then performs a harmonic response analysis on the motor housing. Finally, by establishing an acoustic model and simulating the radiated noise produced by the permanent magnet synchronous motor(PMSM), the accuracy of the simulation results is confirmed through comparison with experimental data. The research provides a convenient method for predicting motor NVH performance in advance and offers a framework for future motor NVH development.
