【摘要】 本文回顾了北京师范大学资源经济研究团队30年来开展资源经济研究的发展历程和取得的主要研究成果，展望了未来资源经济研究的重点.研究团队在资源型城市转型、资源开发与可持续发展、循环经济与资源再生利用、资源经济价值评估、公共资源及其有效管理等方面开展了理论和实践应用研究，明确了资源枯竭型城市转型的原因和在中国转型的特殊性，探究了循环经济的机制和模式，系统改进了资源价值评估方法，探讨了共享资源对区域发展的价值及实践路径等.研究团队未来将以中国现实的资源问题为基础，紧扣国家相关资源政策，精准聚焦和服务国家重大资源战略需求，进一步加强资源经济多学科交叉融合、关注各类资源的自然规律和经济规律的结合及其系统关联机制、拓展资源资产价值评估方法和价值实现路径、探究自然资源与社会资源的资源共享机制、加强资源利用与区域可持续发展等方面的深入研究.更多还原

【Abstract】 This study reviews the development process and main achievements of the resource economy research carried out by the research team at Beijing Normal University over the past 30 years and puts forward the prospect of resource economics research in the future. The research team has conducted theoretical and practical application research in areas such as the transformation of resource-based cities,resource utilization and sustainable development,circular economy and resource recycling, resource economic valuation, common resources and their effective management. It has clarified the reasons for the transformation of resource-exhausted cities and the particularities of transformation in China, explored the mechanisms and models of the circular economy, systematically improved resource valuation methods, and discussed the value of shared resources in regional development and its practical paths. In the future,the research team will closely follow national resource policies,accurately focus on and serve the major resource strategic needs of China,further strengthen the interdisciplinary integration of resource economy,pay attention to the combination of natural laws and economic laws of various resources and the systematic correlation mechanism between the two,expand resource valuation methods,explore the value realization paths,and strengthen in-depth research on resource utilization and regional sustainable development.更多还原
