镀膜玻璃的光学、色度与热学性能计算研究
Study on the Calculation of Optical, Chromatic, and Thermal Properties of Coated Glass
【摘要】 在系统梳理薄膜光学、颜色科学及节能玻璃领域相关文献的基础上,深入总结了光学特性、色度学和热学性能指标的计算原理和方法,构建了一套适用于镀膜玻璃光学、色度学及传热学性能指标计算的完整公式体系,并通过计算机编程初步实现了该体系的理论计算功能。以2种Low-E玻璃为对象开展性能计算验证,结果表明,本文计算结果与文献报道数据基本吻合,证实了该公式体系及计算方法可有效用于镀膜玻璃的性能预测。该研究为镀膜玻璃性能评价提供了理论支撑,对推动相关技术发展具有积极意义。
【Abstract】 On the basis of systematically reviewing the calculation principles and methods of optical properties, colorimetric indicators, and thermal performance indicators related to thin-film optics, color science, and energy-efficient glass in the literature, a complete formula system suitable for calculating the optical, colorimetric, and heat transfer performance indicators of coated glass was summarized and constructed. The theoretical calculation function of this formula system was preliminarily realized through computer programming. Performance calculation verification was carried out using two types of Low-E glass as objects. The results showed that the calculation data in this study were basically consistent with the data reported in the literature, which confirmed that this set of formulas and calculation methods could be effectively used for the performance prediction of coated glass. The research results have positive significance for promoting the development of coated glass technology.
