【摘要】 文章基于系统论的理论视角，在主流媒体、中国新闻业、中国式现代化社会这三个由微观到宏观的层面，从行动主体、以资源配置为纲的行动策略两个方面，分析主流媒体系统性变革的经验与对策。中国主流新闻媒体在通过优化内部资源的配置而走向繁荣、突破行业边界实现资源整合的基础上，进一步推进系统性变革，在微观层面应处理好新闻舆论“四力”之间的关系，中观层面应处理好四级媒体之间的关系、行政扶持与市场竞争力之间的关系，宏观层面应处理好党和政府对媒体的治理和媒体参与国家治理之间的关系。更多还原

【Abstract】 Based on the theoretical perspective of system theory,the paper analyzes the progress and development strategies of systemic transformation for mainstream media from three levels:main actors,resource allocation strategies,and societal modernization in China,especially focusing on the main actors and resource allocation-based strategies.On the basis of internal resource optimization and breaking industrial boundaries to achieve resource integration,this paper proposes that mainstream media should properly deal with several relations in order to further advance systemic transformation,which includes the collaboration between the "four forces" of news and public opinion at the micro level,harmonizing the relationships among the "four levels" of media and the relationship between administrative support and market competitiveness at the meso-level as well as properly managing the relationship among the Party (CPC),government’s governance on the news industry and the media’s participation in national governance at the macro level.更多还原
