【摘要】 本文针对科技期刊界存在的盲目追求影响因子和经济效益至上的问题，提出科技期刊实现高质量发展的“五维一体”社会效益实践框架。通过对《安全与环境学报》践行办刊宗旨、实现社会效益的举措深入剖析总结，分析探讨科技期刊通过实践期刊社会效益实现期刊高质量发展的举措。研究表明，科技期刊应在科技成果传播、服务国家大局和战略需求、服务学术共同体、坚守伦理道德、服务科技评价等多方面协同发力，最终实现期刊的高质量发展。更多还原

【Abstract】 This paper addresses the issues of blindly pursuing impact factors and prioritizing economic benefits within the sci-tech journal community,proposing a“five-dimensional integration”practical framework for enhancing social benefits to achieve high-quality development of sci-tech journals.Through in-depth analysis and summary of the practices adopted bythe Journal of Safety and Environmentin upholding its founding mission and realizing social benefits,this study explores strategies for sci-tech journals to attain high-quality development by emphasizing social value.The findings indicate that sci-tech journals should integrate efforts across five dimensions:disseminating scientific achievements,serving national strategies and priorities,supporting the academic community,adhering to ethical standards,and contributing to scientific evaluation,thereby facilitating high-quality journal development.更多还原
