【摘要】 在科技期刊发展中，党建引领不仅是政治要求，更是推动期刊高质量发展的核心动力。南京医科大学口腔医学院杂志编辑部党支部通过“书记项目”的实践，探索出一条党建赋能科技期刊发展内驱力的特色路径。针对编辑出版质量、科研诚信、青年编辑培养等核心问题，党支部以“党建+业务”深度融合为抓手，建立党员责任清单、三级联动组稿、科研诚信党员责任岗等机制，实现了期刊质量与学术影响力的显著提升；通过学术交流平台搭建以及绩效考核激励，助力青年编辑成长。实践表明，党建引领能够将政治优势转化为发展动力，实现“党建—业务—人才”三位一体的协同发展，为期刊高质量发展增添动能。更多还原

【Abstract】 In the advancement of sci-tech journals,the leadership of Party building serves not only as a political imperative but also as the core driving force for fostering high-quality journal development. The Editorial Department Party Branch of Nanjing Medical University’s Stomatology School has pioneered a unique pathway for journal excellence through the implementation of the“Secretary Project．”Addressing critical challenges such as editorial quality,research integrity,and young editor development,the Party Branch has established a profound integration of“Party building + professional operations”as its strategic framework.Innovative mechanisms including the Party Member Accountability Matrix,three-tier collaborative manuscript acquisition system,and research integrity oversight posts have significantly elevated journal quality and academic impact. By creating specialized academic platforms and instituting performance-based incentive systems,the Branch has effectively supported the professional growth of emerging editorial talents. This case demonstrates how Party building initiatives can transform political advantages into developmental momentum,achieving synergistic advancement across“Party leadership—professional excellence—talent cultivation”dimensions while injecting sustained vitality into the high-quality development trajectory of sci-tech journals.更多还原
