【摘要】 近年来，国家多项政策助力我国科技期刊迅速发展。加快培育世界一流科技期刊和促进“双回流”是现阶段2大核心任务。本文以中国内地第一本英文体育学术期刊《Journal of Sport and Health Science》[《JSHS》,《运动与健康科学》(英文)]为例，围绕国际化和本土化，从刊文内容国际化、办刊队伍国际化、学术传播国际化和本土化服务国家战略、培育中国作者、助力学术交流与学科建设、稳步推进“双回流”建设等方面进行阐述，基于关键数据及特色案例，介绍《JSHS》“面向世界，立足本土”的办刊实践。更多还原

【Abstract】 In recent years,supported by multiple national policies,China’s sci-tech journals have achieved rapid development. Accelerating the cultivation of“world-class sci-tech journals”and promoting the“dual circulation”of scholarly publications currently constitute the two core strategic objectives.This paper examines theJournal of Sport and Health Science—the first English-language sports science journal published in China’s mainland—as a case study. By analyzing its dual emphasis on internationalization and localization,we elaborate on:1)content internationalization through global research scope and multilingual publishing strategies,editorial globalization via transnational expert networks and cross-border peer-review systems,worldwide academic dissemination enabled by multichannel international platforms;and 2)localized contributions including alignment with national health strategies,cultivation of domestic authors,facilitation of interdisciplinary exchanges,and disciplinary development. Drawing on empirical data and operational case studies,the paper demonstrates how this journal has successfully implemented its“globally oriented,domestically rooted”development paradigm while progressively advancing the“dual circulation”initiative.更多还原
