【摘要】 中国科技论文“两头在外”的现状严重制约了我国在全球的学术话语权。清华大学出版社主办的《先进陶瓷》(英文)在发展的鼎盛时期结束了与国外出版商的合作，于2023年1月开始改由国产平台SciOpen在本土出版，平稳完成了从“借船出海”到“造船出海”的转变。本文对《先进陶瓷》(英文)回归本土前后一些关键出版及引证数据进行了详细分析，旨在为促进科技论文和科技期刊“双回流”提供参考。更多还原

【Abstract】 The situation of “two ends outside ” of Chinese S&T paper seriously restricts the international academic discourse power of China. In January of 2023,Journal of Advanced Ceramics,an international academic journal established by Tsinghua University Press,finished the cooperation with the foreign publisher,although it is just in the period of great prosperity of the Journal,and moved to the domestic publishing platform SciOpen, realizing smooth transition from “Borrowing a Boat to Sail”to “Building a Boat to Sail”. In this paper,some key publishing and citation data before and after the return of Journal of Advanced Ceramics were analyzed in details,aiming to provide some references for promoting the“both back-flowing”of Chinese S&T papers and domestic journals.更多还原
